• The style number of your bag (STYLE # 30333501, STYLE # 600617, for example). You will find the style number information on a fabric label (usually black with white or blue lettering) sewn inside the product: – For luggage – the label is usually sewn inside the main compartment – For bags (backpacks or computer bags – the label is sewn inside the computer compartment or other main zipped compartments.

• Your contact information including your full name, your email address, a daytime phone number and your delivery address.
