Delivery is currently only available to Australian destinations.

DELIVERY

VICTORINOX Australia aims to have all orders despatched within 2-5 working days. The delivery times provided by VICTORINOX Australia are estimates only. VICTORINOX Australia will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Currently, we do not offer express shipping.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as, for those parcels which are undeliverable, VICTORINOX Australia cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.


To the extent permitted by law, VICTORINOX Australia will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss of damage of any kind whether caused by wrongful acts (including negligence) breach of contract or otherwise caused by this website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded as soon as possible.

In compliance with Queensland laws, we must verify the identity of any customer purchasing knives. If your order includes a Queensland address, you will be prompted to complete an age verification process after checkout.

Failure to complete this verification may result in delays in processing your order. Please ensure that your billing address and name match the details on your ID. We may contact you if further information is required.

To ensure secure processing and delivery of your order, we require identity verification for all shipments to Queensland. Customers must provide one of the following valid forms of identification:

The name on the ID must exactly match the name on the billing address. If a different name is used, or if a translated name appears that does not match the ID, we will be unable to verify your identity.
