
World Butcher Challenge 2025
Congratulations to the Australian Butcher team who took out 3rd place in the World Butcher Challenge held in Paris Expo Porte de Versailles recently! 1st place went to the Paris team and 2nd place to Germany. Established in 2011, the World Butchers’ Challenge initially consisted for just two teams, Australia and New Zealand. This has since grown to 15 competing countries.

To prepare for the Challenge, The Australian Butcher Team visited the Victorinox Headquarters in Sydney to receive the Victorinox Chefs Knife Folder and Chefs Backpack consisting of 17 key butchery products available for use in the competition and in all their training sessions and preparation.
