
World Butcher Challenge 2025
Established in 2011, the World Butchers’ Challenge initially consisted for just two teams, Australia and New Zealand. This has since grown to 15 competing countries. The current reigning champions are the German team who took out first place in 2022 with Australia coming second, a massive achievement and one to top this year with the team vying for gold! The 2025 competition will be held at Hall 6, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles between 25th March – 1 April 2025.

To prepare for the Challenge, The Australian Butcher Team visited the Victorinox Headquarters in Sydney to receive the Victorinox Chefs Knife Folder and Chefs Backpack consisting of 17 key butchery products available for use in the competition and in all their training sessions and preparation.
